Midwest Express, Inc. was formed in 1987 to support the manufacturing of automobiles at the Honda plant in Marysville, Ohio. Clark Trucking was acquired by MEI to support MEI/HAM transportation needs. One World Logistics was established in 1999 to provide long haul transportation services.

Over the years MEI /Clark/OWL has expanded services to provide quality and on-time delivery of parts to plants located in East Liberty, Ohio; Timmonsville, South Carolina; Lincoln, Alabama and Greensburg, Indiana. MEI utilizes the skills and knowledge of its associates to provide a service that exceeds that of the competition. The Midwest Express Group (MEG) is continually striving to improve services and become a global leader in the consolidation center, transportation and logistics arenas. MEG transportation provides the following services (yard, shuttle, long haul, misc., air cargo and brokerage) in support of our local and international customers.
